Funding and fees
We're in the process of NDIS registration. Until it's complete, we work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, and private clients.
We can't take agency (NDIA)-managed plans yet.
Our rate
Occupational therapy is $193.99 per hour, in line with NDIS price limits. The same rate applies to private clients unless we agree otherwise.
What's included in that rate
- Sessions with you, at home, in the community or by telehealth.
- Work we do for you between sessions, such as reports, clinical notes, equipment research and quotes, and talking with your GP or support coordinator.
Time is charged at the hourly rate, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. We'll always tell you before a larger piece of work, like a full report, and roughly how long it will take.
We don't charge for booking, invoicing or general admin.
Travel
- Time: charged at half the hourly rate, up to 30 minutes per visit.
- Kilometres: charged at $0.99 per km.
- Where we can, we group visits in the same area and share travel costs, so nobody pays more than they need to.
- Telehealth: no travel charge.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 2 full business days' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. For example, cancel a Monday appointment by the end of the previous Wednesday. With less notice, we may charge the session fee. We'll always be reasonable about genuine emergencies and illness.
Invoices
Invoices go to your plan manager, or to you if you're self-managed or private. Payment is due within 7 days.
The details
We go through a service agreement together before or at your first visit. It sets out everything in full, in writing, and nothing changes without your agreement.
NDIS supports are GST-free.
